FOR ORGANIZATIONS
Give managers the book — and the skills — they’ve been waiting for.
Fearless Feedback is now being used by HR teams, L&D leaders, and people managers at companies across tech, healthcare, and retail — as an onboarding resource, a book club toolkit, and a companion to live training.
The Problem
Most managers are never formally taught to give feedback.
They avoid hard conversations. They watch performance problems compound. They lose good people who deserved honest coaching. Not because they don't care, but because nobody ever taught them how.
And as AI changes how work gets done, the managers who can have honest, human conversations will be the ones who keep teams together and accelerate performance.
How Companies Use It
More than a book. A practical development resource.
New manager onboarding
Ship Fearless Feedback with every new manager's promotion. Give them the frameworks before day one.
Performance review prep
A practical reference managers return to every review cycle, not a book that sits on a shelf.
Manager book club
Built-in discussion guide makes it easy. Ten questions. No prep required beyond reading. Downloadable facilitator guide.
Pre-workshop reading
Pair the book with live training. Managers arrive with shared language and ready to practice.
Organizational AI integration
AI era demands managers be great communicators - with humans and AI agents. Fearless Feedback will prepare them.
Free Resource
Run your own book club — everything you need is here.
The Fearless Feedback Manager Book Club Facilitator Guide is a complete, ready-to-use session guide built around the 10 Discussion Questions in the back of the book. Download it free. Print it. Use it.
Manager Book Club Facilitator Guide
Includes: 3 session format options (60-min, 2-hour, and two-part series) · Full facilitator notes for all 10 questions · Follow-up prompts · Quick reference framework cards · HOA, HEAR, and Instance/Pattern/Role Fit tables
How to run a session
1. Everyone reads the book. The guide is a discussion, not a summary. All participants read Fearless Feedback before the session.
2. Choose your session format. 60-minute focused session, full 2-hour deep dive, or a two-part series. The guide walks you through all three.
3. Facilitate with confidence. Every question comes with facilitator notes, follow-up prompts, and suggested timing. You don't need to be a feedback expert to lead this.
4. Close with commitments. The guide closes with a structured commitment and accountability exercise. Managers leave with a specific next step, not just good intentions.
